TO REPORT ANY DEFECTS/ISSUES WITH YOUR ITEMS:
Contact us directly at Support@our-store.co. Please include a photo of the item, the order number and indicate what the defect is. State if you want a replacement or a store credit.
What can be replaced or credited: Apparel with holes or other defects. Incorrect products (ex. ordered a tank top and received a t-shirt, ordered a small and received a large). Misprints that the customer and/or store owner are not at fault for (ex: wrong print on the wrong location or product). Damaged products (hole in bag or defective tub lid).
What cannot be replaced or credited: No replacements or credits will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Cannot return or replace incorrectly ordered products or sizes.
Size/Fit Discrepancies: If the item is unused and in "new" condition, but simply does not fit as you prefer, you can request a return/exchange of the unit. It is at the discretion of the store owner to review the item and determine if they will accept it for resale as part of their on-site inventory.
